Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you full command over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward emails from one e-mailbox to another, configure mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your email boxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you wish to forward messages from, then choose the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
